HYBRID SOUL
A groove that wraps around you like a turquoise thread.
MONTRÉAL · CANADA
01 / THE ARTIST
A world of his own.
Born in Haiti and raised in Québec, Montréal-based singer-songwriter Jjanice+ weaves Hybrid Soul, blending alternative soul, new wave textures and Afro-Caribbean grooves. Moving between a rich baritone and airy falsetto, his voice carries intimate songs about memory, belonging and human connection.
Imagine Frank Ocean, Depeche Mode and Kassav trading verses in an intimate, feverish living room.
Following La Reine aux ailes d'écailles (2019), Jjanice+ is developing Salon Turquoise with PASA Musik, a new album shaped by departures, absence and the ties that remain. Its first single, Bye Bye c'est facile (2026), opens the door to this new chapter.
